What is conversion rate optimization?
Conversion rate optimization (CRO) is the practice of increasing the percentage of website visitors who take a desired action — like signing up, booking a demo, or buying — by improving the site based on real user data rather than guesses. It uses analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing to find and fix what's holding conversions back.
How is this different from a redesign?
A redesign changes everything at once and hopes it performs better. Conversion optimization makes small, measured changes and proves each one against a baseline with A/B testing — so you keep what works, discard what doesn't, and never risk tanking conversion on a hunch.
Do I need a lot of traffic for optimization to work?
You need some traffic for tests to reach statistical confidence, but not massive volume. If your site has steady traffic and clear conversion goals, there's almost always room to improve. If traffic is very low, we'd usually focus on launch or growth first.
How fast will I see results?
